About me.

About me.

About me.

I hope you are really well. Thank you for visiting

my website.

My name is Adrian and I am a Life Coach. The reason I became a Life Coach is that after going through a really difficult and challenging period in life I started meditating and looking into the nature of being as presented in the Buddhist tradition. I found, to my incredible joy, that there truly are ways in which we can achieve lasting happiness and experience life as a 'mostly' joyful process at the very least.

I am, to this day, a practising Buddhist and it is something that is unbelievably precious to me.

Life coaching will never replace the ethical majesty and beauty of the Triple Gem. I do not see Life Coaching as a way in which to live your life, however, there are aspects of life coaching in which important knowledge and understanding about how we can use the mind to create harmonious situations for our selves and others.

If there are any criticisms to be made of life coaching it is that it limits its teachings to the realm of the individual only. It could also be said that life coaching tends to focus on how an individual can 'get ahead'.

I think these criticisms have a degree of truth and I think that anything we do in life must be balanced by a solid grounding in ethics and the knowledge that we exist in relation to one another. It is simply not possible for there really ever to be gain for one single individual as we are all part of one, evolving being and what you do to another, you truly do to yourself.

I think now, perhaps more than ever, we must act as one, thinking always of our fellow beings, including animals and the planet that we walk on.

That said, I do believe there are valuable insights to be had from life coaching. I do believe that everything is possible and that learning how to use the mind can be of benefit.
